Under NDA

During the winter of 2024 , I was tasked as a UX designer to identify the need for a streamlined hiring process for non-blue collared jobs and to innovate an online app which could bridge this gap between the potential workers and busineses.

Research

I conducted in -depth interviews with potential workers and the business in order to gain a proper understanding of their needs.

Decide

After research , we had multiple discussions on gathered data. Later on continued to prioritise the functionalities and pain points to address for the first release of the product.

Ideation

I came with ideas on focused pain points to execute the goal, and presented before the Chief Executive Officer.
